While we can't guarantee nothing will happen to the appliance, the renter is responsible for any damage or loss to the goods, apart from normal wear and tear.
The general rule of thumb is that the value of the item is equal to approximately twelve (12) month’s rent, however this is not always the case as some items worth may exceed $300. Therefore we would expect compensation from the renter similar to that value.
In the event the item breaks due to age/defect/wear and tear, and not due to the fault of the renter, then we will immediately notify you to receive a course of action.
While we are happy for you to suggest rental values, we do decide the final rental price to ensure consistency across our catalogue.
Our general rule of thumb is that the rental payments for approximately 12 Months will equate to the value of the appliance, up to the value of $300. For example, for a fridge that would sell for $150, we would rent it for $10/Mth.
